Chief Information Officer
Mike McClure has been active in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background in Health Information Technology.
For the past nine years, Mike served as an executive consultant assisting clients with strategic planning, system transformations, IT architecture and design, program selection, and implementation projects. These engagements have covered the continuum of healthcare delivery across diverse organizations ranging from primary care practices, hospitals, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, and accountable care organizations. Mike has also served in interim roles such as: Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
In 2001, Mike held the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer position for Rochester General Hospital system. In this capacity, Mike was responsible for IT, Health Information Management, Communications, and Medical Library services. Mike also oversaw key technical integration programs including infrastructure/data center consolidation, unified network/communications, and integrating multiple IT staffs and locations.
Prior to 2001, Mike held senior IT positions and oversaw a wide variety of functions including IT planning, networks, technical infrastructure, and applications portfolios.
Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
